Lisa graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in economics in 1980. She began her wealth management career at an independent financial planning firm. Realizing that the needs of her clients continued to evolve, she joined Robert Baird in 1999 as a Senior Vice President of Investments.  The resources at Baird allowed her to focus her energy in serving high net worth clients. During the last 35 years she has helped her clients plan for major life events such as funding college educations, achieving a comfortable retirement, assisting them with the implementation of their philanthropic desires and finally offering compassionate advice to heirs when a loved one passes away. 

As a Financial Advisor, Lisa is required to be intellectually engaged in many ways. From analyzing global financial markets to reviewing client accounts, Lisa finds opportunities to learn on a regular basis and this engagement enhances her experience with the KLD team and our clients. 

Lisa was the first woman financial advisor at Baird to achieve the exclusive Chairman Club recognition.  She was also the first female Managing Director in Private Wealth Management. Lisa holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. She has received national recognition and has been named one of Barron’s Top 100 Women Financial Advisors three years in a row. In 2017 and 2021 she was chosen as one of FORBES Top Women Financial Advisors and recognized by FORBES as a Best In State Wealth Advisor in 2018. Her experiences, recognitions, education and more have allowed her to continue to strengthen our team.  At Baird Lisa was a founding member of the diversity committee and is past president of the Baird Women’s Financial Advisor Group. 

She proudly serves on two board committees, the Pines Foundation and the All Faiths Food Bank in Sarasota. When she isn’t working or volunteering her time, she enjoys spending summers at her family’s cabin on Lake of the Woods in Northwestern Ontario. An avid fisher, Lisa is often on the water or she can be found spending time with her husband, two daughters and three grandchildren.

Our mission is to improve the lives of individuals through successful planning and investing.  Dan focuses on risk management with the primary goal of helping clients achieve their non-financial goals from a plan they allowed our team to develop and implement.  He strives to increase the certainty and probability of positive outcomes. 

Dan began his financial services career in 1994 with Northwestern Mutual Life and joined Baird in 1998 as a Retirement Plan Specialist. In 2004, he formed the Keverian Laubusch Dietz Group and has built long-lasting client relationships since. He is a graduate of Marquette University and earned his Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation through the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys traveling and spending time with his family; his wife, Ellen, and their three children.

Bret began his financial services career in 2014 when he joined Baird’s Equity Research branch as an Associate on their Portfolio Strategy Team. Prior to this role, he worked for an environmental consulting firm in the greater Milwaukee area. Today, Bret interacts with clients as a Financial Advisor with the Keverian Laubusch Dietz Group. When not speaking or meeting with clients, he is busy handling investment due diligence for the team, running financial plans, or working to refine our business processes to improve the overall client experience. 

For Bret, his motivation stems from helping people achieve their goals and dreams. Often, they come to him without a clear understanding of what their long-term goals may be. Through a proven planning process, Bret understands what drives and motivates them in life, working to help them achieve their version of success on their own terms. He is grateful for the relationships built with clients and the opportunity to learn about their unique stories, opinions and perspectives, ultimately guiding the financial experience both for the individual and our team. 

Bret graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology. At RIT, he was consistently on the Dean’s List and captained the NCAA men’s soccer team. Bret’s business passion is finance. He is licensed as a Registered Representative, holding the FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, 86 and 87 licenses. He has also received his Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) designation and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification.

Born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Bret now resides in Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin with his wife, Kelley, daughters, Maddie and Sophie, and their dog, Snickers. Both Bret and Kelley are collegiate varsity athletes, having played soccer and ice hockey at their university in Rochester, New York. They remain very involved in local sport’s activities, which are soon to begin with their young girls as well.

Nicole joined Baird in late September of 2014 as a Client Specialist. She brings more than 15 years of industry experience, having worked as an Associate Financial Advisor and as a Portfolio Administrator with National Investment Services. Today, Nicole helps individuals and families as a Senior Client Specialist at the Keverian Laubusch Dietz Group. Seeing clients accomplish their goals and achieve their dreams is what drives her to do well in her role. 

From the creation of financial plans as a roadmap for clients to achieve their goals to handling incoming requests, Nicole’s responsibilities vary based on what our clients need.

Nicole attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Personal Finance. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and currently holds her FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses. When Nicole isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and husband, Ben.

She went on to complete her master’s degree in accounting with a focus on taxation at UWM in 2012. Before working at Baird, Alise started her career at Outlook Development, a real estate development firm in Milwaukee. Elizabeth began her career in the financial services industry in 2009 when she took a job with a local bank after graduating from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, where she studied marketing and French. She held several positions within the bank and trust department where she focused on investments and retirement strategies. 

Elizabeth joined Baird in 2015 as a member of the Client Resource Team where she was a resource for the smaller branches to provide services to clients and satisfy regulatory requirements. Today, she serves as a Client Specialist for the Keverian Laubusch Dietz Group and regularly assists with operational needs. 

Elizabeth believes that financial planning can be overcomplicated, which is why it’s satisfying for her to help clients deepen their understanding and simplify the process. Providing actionable steps that will help them navigate and achieve their unique goals is what pushes Elizabeth on a day-to-day basis. She holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and attained the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2015 in an effort to gain a deeper understanding of the financial services industry.

When she isn’t in the office, Elizabeth spends time with her family and husband, Jake. She also truly enjoys volunteering with Baird Cares. And, when it comes to hobbies, Elizabeth is a sports fan, regularly cheering on the Packers, Brewers, Bucks and Badgers.

Kylie joined the team in 2022 after graduating from Marquette University, where she studied Marketing and Finance and completed her Master of Business Administration. Throughout her undergraduate and graduate school years at Marquette, Kylie was also a member of their Women’s Soccer team. 

Prior to joining Baird, Kylie was a part of an independent financial advisor’s team, where she provided support to the advisor to help reach her short-term and long-term goals. Today, Kylie serves as a Client Assistant for the Keverian Laubusch Dietz Group and assists with client and team needs. Kylie has a passion for relationship building and is driven by the many services the Personal Wealth Management industry can offer its clients. 

Kylie is originally from Menomonee Falls, WI, so she spends a lot of her time with family and friends in the area. When she’s not in the office, she’s most likely playing co-ed volleyball or practicing golf. Kylie also enjoys giving back to the soccer community through coaching. Most recently, she served as the Assistant Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Catholic Memorial High School.

What can a financial advisor do for me?

When thinking about what a financial advisor does, many people may think of investing or financial planning first. Our services go beyond that– wealth transfer, tax planning, etc. We celebrate your milestones with you. Working with a financial advisor gives our clients peace of mind about their financial future.

Are you a fiduciary?

Sometimes. When I provide Advisory Services and programs to my clients and their Advisory Accounts, I act as a fiduciary. Clients who select an Advisory Service or Program typically pay a periodic ongoing fee based upon the assets in the applicable Advisory Accounts and, with some exceptions, do not pay commissions on trades executed by Baird. This fee arrangement better aligns my interests with those of my clients, and avoids many of the conflicts of interest associated with a commission-based Brokerage Account.

How do you get paid?

We are paid based on assets under management. When we meet with a new potential client, we review our fee structure in order to be as transparent as possible - we believe you should know what you are paying.
*This is for advisory clients and brokerage clients are different.

Do you work with clients outside of Wisconsin & Florida?

Yes. We have established relationships with clients across the country, and while we embrace the use of technology for more frequent communication, we still believe in meeting in person at least annually is important.

What is a CFP®?

CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification is the standard of excellence in financial planning. CFP® professionals meet rigorous education, training and ethical standards.

What is a CFA®?

A CFA® or Chartered Financial Analyst is a designation designed to demonstrate a strong foundation in advanced investment analysis and portfolio and wealth management.

What is a CIMA®?

CIMA® or Certified Investment Management Analyst certification is the peak international, technical portfolio construction program for investment consultants, analysts, financial advisors and wealth management professionals.

Bull & Baird Blog

Michael Antonelli graduated from Purdue University in 1995 with a degree in history and moved to CT to work in the back office of AIG trading. He moved to Chicago in 1997 to work in the back office of Dean Witter's futures division before moving to a 24-hour trading desk in 1999 to execute futures and options for Fimat, a division of Societe Generale.

He got his MBA at the University of Chicago in 2007 before coming to Baird on the Equity Trading Desk in March 2007 as a Sales Trader, assigned to the International team.

Michael began writing a daily email in 2010 as a way to let overseas clients know what happened while they slept. He started posting it online in 2013 and it is now the Bull & Baird blog.
